Union Special 6900 – Make Belt Loop Machine

This is was a fun machine to fix and set up. It came from old sewing factory in Pennsylvania. I know a guy out there that gets old machines and will send them to me in whatever condition. This one was rough, but only needed a few parts and a good going-through to get it up and running. It makes the nicest little belt loops and I hope to work them into a design soon so I can use this machine with purpose. The cutting/folding attachment is an after-market Galkin unit (G-unit). It might have been a factory or dealer option. As you will see in the pictures, it cuts, folds and sews the belt loop. Thats 14oz denim going through it too!

Needle gauge (distance between needles) is 3/16″
